I’m a joyful and caring person, and love every moment of being a photographer. I’ve been working full-time as a professional photographer for over 15 years, and sit on the board of the Oregon chapter of the American Society for Media Photographers.
My work has taken me around the world from Fortune 500 companies, to documenting Rwanda’s recovery from genocide, to working with mobile medical clinics and relief organizations in Haiti.
Trained as a speaker with the National Speakers Association, I’m a board member of NSA Oregon. I speak about using the concepts of perspective and focus that I mastered in photography to recognize what’s holding us back in life. As a member of Meeting Planners International, I recently spoke at their Cascadia Conference on the impact of photography as a digital asset to boost your marketing, sales, and brand identity.
I’m also the father of two beautiful young women. I spend my free time hiking in the mountains and photographing ravens in the wild.
